Writing is the New Black
Tommy's book "Lock The Lock" came out in '74 while he was sitting on death row awaiting execution for his involvement with the murder of two cops in New Jersey. It is currently out of print but in my opinion a true work of art, and one of my all time favourite books. Henry Miller, Allen Ginsberg, John Lennon and a bunch of other big writers and artists agreed. The death penalty was outlawed, and Tommy's life was spared. Visit his site, and change your life for the better.

and most underappreciated - lyricists. Take a look, and change your
life.

The best website ever?
This is a really fantastic UK based magazine and website aimed at the community of people using hard drugs. Information resources like this magazine kept me alive and healthy when I was using heroin. Please pay them a visit and support drug users rights.
This is one of my favorite blogs. Written by Shane, it details his life as an addict in unsentimental, spare, and poetic entries which are totally hypnotic and engrossing. If you are in anyway interested in learning about life on the fringes, visit now...
This is a brilliant website dedicated to one of my obsessions, free jazz. You can listen to mp3's of rare, out of print and completely insane free jazz, and read well researched and thoughtful articles on each album here...
